They start punching you over and over.
Then one of them grabs a branch and starts hitting you with it.
Another pulls out a knife and starts stabbing you in the arms and legs.
They drag you to the middle of the park, and prop you up on a bench.
A crowd gathers to watch.
You are beaten, bloodied, and embarrassed.
One of the men then falsely tells the crowd that you were a criminal ... and proceeds to shout out a list of horrific things you supposedly did. He then pulls out a gun and points it right at your head, asking you if you have any last words.
Choose your answer:
a) Why did you do this to me, I don't even know you?
b) I (expletive) hate (expletive) all of you (expletive).
c) I didn't do any of those things you said I did. You have to believe me! I swear!
d) You better shoot me or I will kill you.
e) I forgive you, and I ask God to do the same.
God Bless.

Well I hope I would have enough faith to choose the last one and follow the example of our Good Shepherd.
Thanks for another thought provoking and soul searching post, Michael. God bless.
I would probably be too unconscious to say anything.
Why can't I be like Superman and beat the lot of them?
I doubt that I'd choose the last option. I'm not that good!
God bless.
I pray that God would give me the GRACE to choose e because that's what it would take to choose it! On my own I'd probably choose a - I have a habit of asking why all the time.
God bless :)
wow! this is a thought provoking post because I, like everyone who has posted here, would like to think I would chose the last answer but none of us will ever know for sure unless confronted with the situation. I would also like to think I would be the person who would stand up and yell This is wrong!. Leave that person alone! As a group we are are all so powerful We can change the world and make it a much better place. god bless you Michael. I hope you have a good week.
