I remember when I found out that this letter was likely the first written document to mention the events of the Last Supper. At the time, I would have bet $50 it was Mark. Or Matthew. Or the infamous Q. But many scholars believe 1 Corinthians was written around 55 AD, which is about 10 years earlier than the first Gospel and a mere 25 years or so after Jesus' death.
One simple letter carries such immense historical significance.
I can't stop thinking about that.
God Bless.
P.S. Did you know 1 Corinthians is the only place the phrase "Lord's Supper" is used in the entire Bible?

Thank you Michael. I did not know about the Lord's Supper mention.
God bless you.
No, I didn't know that. I DO now though! Thanks, Michael!
